If I eat any unprocessed starch-based meal (even crushed oats and such), I bloat up instantly and start craving all the sugar. So yeah, your advice might be good for some people and probably most people in the US would be better off not eating bread with sugar in it, but what you mentioned is not for everybody. Just like keto or running is not for everybody.
